The Friends of the Library is a non-profit corporation affiliated with the Lisbon Libraries for the purpose of supporting library programs and services.

Over the years, the Friends efforts have resulted in providing special children's events, up to date reference books, computers, furniture, the annual perpetual memorials. the largest project culminated in the new children's room and program area on the lower level of the Lisbon Community Library.

Fundraising efforts are ongoing throughout the year and meetings are held monthly. Please check with a librarian for more information.
