In today's e-commerce, Lisbon has been looking for ways to better serve the customers and clients of Lisbon. A new and exciting feature has been added to our way of business, it's called the Virtual Clerk.

The Virtual Clerk was created by Northern Data Systems of Falmouth, Maine. The Virtual Clerk software allows the Town of Lisbon the ability to post data and access data across the web. By going to the Virtual Clerk link one can view property information such as: map/lot, land and building values, mil rate, zoning and tax information.
VIRTUAL CLERK

This department is responsible for the collection of Real Estate, Personal Property, Excise Tax, Watercraft, ATV and Snowmobile Registrations. Sewer billing and collections are also generated from this office.
You may visit the Motor Vehicle Web Site to search Vanity Plate availability or register your vehicle on line by going to the Rapid Renewal Web-site.

The interest rate for delinquent taxes is 11%
The current mil rate is 24.25
The Town of Lisbon is at 70% valuation

The Tax Year runs July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007.

Taxes are due 9/15/06 and 3/15/07
