Upper Dam Removal & Restoration of Sabattus River

Maine Department of Marine Resources is planning to remove the remaining sections of the Upper Dam and restore the site located just upstream of the Webster Street Bridge in Lisbon in the late summer of 2022. A Public Information Meeting will be held at the Town Hall Wednesday July 20th from 5:00 to 6:30 PM. The meeting will be followed by a visit to the site at 6:45 PM at the Dam site on Ann Street to further discuss the project and answer questions from the public. All are welcome!
