The Town of Lisbon invites proposals from qualified, licensed real estate professionals specializing in both residential and commercial sectors. The selected realtors will assist in the listing, marketing, and sale of various tax-acquired properties, in accordance with Town Code Section 92-8 and Maine State Law Title 36, Part 2, Chapter 105, Subchapter 9, Article 2, 943-C, regarding the "Sale of Foreclosed Properties".

Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the bid's name and number, to the Finance Director's office by April 24, 2024, at 10:00 AM. At this time, the bids will be publicly opened and read. Please note that the Town will not accept bids received after this deadline.

The Town Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted.

For those mailing their proposals, ensure that your package is clearly marked to indicate its contents. It is important to note that only sealed bids will be considered; faxed or electronic submissions will not be accepted.
