Yoga is back! New sessions with our incredible instructor Sara Helman. $60/session or $12/drop in, MTM Room 12.

 

Tuesday nights at 5:30 is Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga connects breath with movement towards flowing shapes to allow you to relax your mind while you strengthen your body. Each class will begin in a seated or lying posture with a focus on connecting to our breath, then transition to movement including sun salutations, balance postures, and core work. This sustainable movement for your body can be modified as needed before finishing with a final relaxation.

Wednesday mornings is Gentle Flow. This class will have a balance of flowing shapes and restorative/yin postures. Contact the office for current time slot - 353-2289.
